The standard institutional rate for The Owl Works's services is $300/hour, with substantial discounts on a sliding scale available for most individuals paying out of pocket.

Jeff Kosokoff

The Owl Works is a consultancy based in Jeff Kosokoff's (he/him) decades of experience in academic libraries and technology (Connecticut College, DePaul, Harvard, Simmons College, Ex Libris, The Fletcher School at Tufts, and Duke). He has been very active in library organizations, and has served on numerous committees and initiatives within the American Library Association, the Center for Research Libraries and NERL, HathiTrust, Triangle Research Library Network, the Partnership for Shared Book Collections, and the Ivy Plus Libraries Confederation. 

For individuals in all varieties of careers in libraries and beyond, The Owl Works offers coaching and advising to help you find ways to increase your effectiveness, engage your network, seek the work you want to be doing, and leverage your strengths while recognizing areas of needed development, networking, research, and learning.

For organizations and projects, The Owl Works brings Jeff's organizational and communication skills, leadership, and knowledge to projects and consultations including project and staff management, visioning and leadership, budgeting, and technology.
